Article I.

Introductory provisions

The operator is responsible for the processing of personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as GDPR). The operator has adopted all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of personal data. The operator does not designate a responsible person. The operator does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or international organization.

"Personal data" is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter referred to as the "data subject"); an identifiable natural person is a person who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as name, identification number, location data, online identifier, or by reference to one or more elements that are specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental , economic, cultural or social identity of this natural person

 

Article II.

Purposes of processing, legal bases of processing, categories of affected persons, period of retention of personal information, recipients of personal information

Other recipients of your personal data are the company Fidurati s.r.o. (for the purpose of processing invoicing data), the company Printify.com (for the purpose of making an order), Websupport (server company). When providing personal data that is a legal or contractual requirement, the person concerned is obliged to provide this personal data. Without providing personal data, it is not possible to process the order.

E-mail marketing

For the purpose of sending business notifications (e-mail marketing), we process your personal data based on your consent. If you do not give us your consent and you are our customer, we can send you commercial communications even without your consent. However, in any case, you can simply disable such marketing communications from us by confirming your unsubscribe at the end of the commercial communication (e-mail).

We proceed according to § 62 par. 3 of the Electronic Communications Act: "Prior consent of the recipient of electronic mail according to paragraph 2 is not required if it is a direct marketing of own similar goods and services of a person whose contact information for the delivery of electronic mail was obtained by the same person in connection with the sale of goods or services and in accordance with by this law or with a special regulation."

Rights of the data subject

The rights of the data subject are defined in Chapter 3 of the GDPR. This is the right to request from the operator access to personal data concerning the person concerned, the right to their correction or deletion or restriction of processing or the right to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
