Shopping at GRACEFOLK

The delivery date is always calculated from the receipt of payment for the order. We ship T-shirts and sweatshirts with biblical quotes from the BIBLE ON T-SHIRTS collection within 3 working days. This is because they are made to order for a specific order. In very rare cases, it may happen that the processing time of the order will be longer, which may be caused by a delay on the part of the supplier during busy periods (Christmas...), but we will always inform you about this. We ship all other goods within 24 hours. If the order contains several types of goods, the delivery date is always governed by the product with the longest production time.

The choice of transport provider depends on the customer's location.

SLOVAKIA:

Transport is provided by PACKETA or SLOVENSKÁ POŠTA. You choose the transport provider at the checkout.

• PACKET courier (2-3 days), possibility of cash on delivery
• PACKET pick-up (2-3 days), pick-up point can be chosen at the checkout. After sending the order, you will be redirected to choose a collection point. You also have the option of paying by cash on delivery.
• SLOVAK POST registered letter (2-3 days), possibility of cash on delivery

CZECH REPUBLIC :

• PACKAGE courier (2-3 days)
• PACKET pick-up (2-3 days), pick-up point can be chosen at the checkout. After sending the order, you will be redirected to choose a collection point.

EUROPE:

• International transport provided by partner carriers, the delivery date depends on the specific country (3-8 days)

You can pay for your order in the following ways:

• Card payment through the secure STRIPE portal (payment takes place directly on the GRACEFOLK website, without leaving the store)
• by Paypal
• By transfer to the account
• Cash on delivery

Did the size or color not suit you? All goods purchased on the site can be exchanged. Complaints are governed by the relevant terms and conditions . When exchanging goods, upon mutual WRITTEN agreement, the exchange will take place as follows:

The customer sends his goods to the e-shop address - undamaged, unworn and otherwise unchanged, in the original packaging.

After receiving the goods, two situations can occur:

All goods, except for the BIBLE NBA T-SHIRTS category, are replaced according to the current state of the warehouse immediately and at no additional cost to the buyer.

The goods from the category BIBLE ON T-SHIRTS are made to order, which is charged for the amount of EUR 5. This amount includes the costs associated with the production of a new piece of goods, as we do not keep the goods in stock, but manufacture them to order. The execution time is the same as when creating a new order.

The buyer pays the postage for the exchange of goods - the postage for the returned goods, and the seller - the postage for the new, exchanged goods.

All goods that you can find on GRACEFOLK are created and designed only and exclusively for the GRACEFOLK brand.

BIBLE COLLECTION ON T-SHIRTS: we buy unprinted textiles from a responsible Czech manufacturer, and the printing takes place here, in a family business and home of the GRACEFOLK brand.

GCF COLLECTION: all-over printed clothing and gifts are produced by a non-European manufacturer, to order for the GRACEFOLK brand.

All GRACEFOLK merchandise has a design that cannot be purchased anywhere else. Printing on textiles and gifts is original, non-transferable and original. It is the intellectual property of the brand, which is based on many years of experience and practice. By purchasing GRACEFOLK brand goods, you support the quality and professionalism of the Slovak domestic brand.

At the moment, we only offer goods on the website that are in their final form and cannot be modified. However, if you have a request - such as a combination of specific clothing and contact printing from our portfolio, while such a combination is not available in the e-shop, it is possible to agree on the production of such goods for you.
